In this talk, Nina will explore how creativity can serve as a powerful enhancer of research, contributing significantly to its quality. She will delve into real-world examples, ranging from utilizing creative research methods from the human-centered design discipline to transforming research constraints or mishaps into opportunities for crafting innovative research methods.

Nina is a Lead User Experience Researcher at monday.com with over 20 years of global experience in user and trends research. She is also a Lecturer for Design Research and Design Thinking in the Design Management Master’s program at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.

Ori Kraft, Researcher @ Booking.com</h4>

In this talk, Ori will walk us through real business use cases, demonstrating how different mixed method approaches and analysis unlocked hidden insights. This presentation will explore creative techniques that maximize the value of survey data, offering practical examples and methods for researchers.

Ori is a social psychologist by training and a UX researcher in practice. About five years ago, he transitioned into the fascinating world of UX Research. His journey began at Check Point, as their first and sole researcher, where he established research processes with multiple product teams. For the past 2.5 years, Ori have been working on the established research team at Booking.com. When Ori is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son and playing the piano, sometimes both at once.
