Info: Behind every skilled trade professional is a story of determination—but too often, hidden barriers like literacy, numeracy, or exam prep challenges prevent apprentices from realizing their full potential. Through ARISE (Apprenticeship Readiness Inventory Skills Evaluation) and Step Up and Succeed, LLSC is breaking down those barriers and opening new pathways to success. Their work empowers apprentices with the skills and confidence they need to thrive, while building a stronger, more resilient skilled trades workforce for Ontario’s future.
