About this Event
Most grant workshops teach you how to write better applications.
This one starts with something more important — your heart and your programs.
If you’re a nonprofit leader or program founder who pours everything into serving your community, you already know how exhausting this work can be. You’re passionate about the mission, but the daily firefighting, stretched staff, and fear that “more money” might actually add more stress… that’s real.
This small workshop is different.
We’re going to talk heart-to-heart about what it truly takes to become grant-ready. Starting with the programs you care so deeply about, and then naturally strengthening the support systems around them.
This is an open and honest conversation from someone who’s spent 30 years in the trenches with organizations just like yours.
In this 60-minute working session, you will:
- Look at where your programs are thriving and where they’re being stretched thin
- Learn a heart-first approach to building real capacity that protects your mission and your people
- Walk away with simple, practical next steps you can actually use — not another long to-do list that adds more pressure
This workshop is designed for people who truly care:
- Leaders running programs with limited resources
- Small and emerging nonprofits
- Founders who want funding but refuse to lose the heart of their work
You don’t need a polished pitch or even a 501(c)(3). Just bring your real questions, your passion, and an open heart.
