This is a relaxed, upbeat morning designed to get you moving, learning and laughing. This Active Morning is going to offer live some of the classes that we do in the Online Cafe.You can dip in and out of sessions or stay for the whole morning. Please bring a deckchair or something comfortable to sit on for the coffee and chat.

Please bring a step if you have one (but don’t worry if you don’t).
09:00 – 09:20 | Functional Fitness
Strength and movement patterns that help you stay strong and capable in everyday life. We will be using a band and weight. Please bring your own if you have!
09:30 – 09:50 | Step Cardio - A fab cardio session to get the heart pumping and energy flowing - this can be done on the floor as low impact. Bring your step!
10:00 – 10:20 | Kettlebell Conditioning - How to train effectively with Kettlebells
10:30 – 11:00 | Coffee, Cake and Chat
11:15 – 12:00 | Disco-Diva
Music, movement and a guaranteed mood lift.
Places are limited, so please book ahead (mainly so I know how many cakes to bring).
Please bring with you:
A deckchair to sit and relax
A mat for functional fitness
A step for Step workout (or do this low impact on the floor)
A kettlebell or weight for the Kettlebell Conditoining
