Bio: Lauren is a dedicated Wealth Advisor at Ironwood Wealth Management. Leveraging over a decade of industry experience, Lauren specializes in crafting personalized solutions tailored to encompass investment management, retirement planning, and tax strategies. Bio: Akash's background is in chemical engineering and made the switch to real estate when he moved to Phoenix about eight years ago. In that time, he's established himself by transacting over $120M worth of real estate. Now, he works as a Realtor, selling everything from houses to first-time homebuyers to warehouses for manufacturing companies. Outside of real estate, Akash loves live music, dancing, and most recently, paddle boarding.
Bio: David Enevoldsen is the creator of Emotional Embuffination, a project dedicated to making people emotionally buff enough to overcome any conflict while maximizing happiness in life. Emotional Embuffination is the product of David’s background in psychology, his experiences working as an attorney and building a law firm for over a decade (doing divorces, custody fights, criminal law, and more), and his personal experiences (including suicidal depression). David received his undergraduate degree in psychology and has continued to informally study various aspects of that field since. He constantly reads books and scientific journal articles on different psychological concepts.
Bio: Kim Madrigal’s journey is a focused one: to combine creativity, knowledge, and experience in delivering the best leadership development to encourage her fellow partner-leaders to have their greatest impact. Driven to add value and make an impact, her goal is to help individuals and teams recognize their leadership capacities and commit to effective leadership of self, others, and organizations. Kim is founder of Madrigal Coaching & Consulting, where leadership, operational excellence, and strategy join to create agile ecosystems. Kim has combined her PhD from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, a Master of Liberal Studies from the University of Toledo, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Indiana University. This rare tailoring of her educational journey equips her with a wealth of disciplined educational and leadership tools to foster leadership skills and impact with others. With experience in corporate, non-profit and education arenas, Kim is certified in several organizational development tools. She has traveled the nation and trained thousands of executives, boards of directors, and frontline staff in strategy and operational development, growth and capacity building, and program design and facilitation. She has facilitated sessions and consulted on team development, change management, curriculum development and implementation, and leadership and performance coaching. Through these great opportunities, her legacy and impact influence other leaders’ legacies and impact.
Shawn Donnelly - Community Involvement
Bio: Shawn Donnelly joined St. Vincent de Paul, an international nonprofit, in 2017 and is currently their Director of Community Engagement. SVdP strives to feed, clothe, house, and heal those in need and to do through harnessing the generosity and compassion of the community. Shawn works with individuals, corporate groups, universities, churches, nonprofits and community partners to help them find meaningful opportunities of engagement. Before her work at SVdP, Shawn spent 5 years managing many ministries and volunteers within a large church in Colorado and spent the bulk of her career self-employed as a business consultant.
