On 11 October, the Nobel Peace Prize 2024 will be announced. The day after, Saturday, 12 October, we gather at the Nobel Peace Center to celebrate and learn about the new Nobel Peace Prize laureate. The event will also be livestreamed.
PROGRAMME:
11.00 Doors open.
12.00 Programme on stage
• Revelation of this year's Nobel Peace Prize diploma and presentation of the artist.
• Lecture by Jørgen Watne Frydnes, Chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee.
• Discussion about this year's Peace Prize with a panel of experts.
The programme is in English and will last for about an hour. The event will be live streamed.

The event is free and will take place in our event room Mandela. If you wish to visit the exhibitions and join a guided tour, you can get your tickets on our website or at the museum.
