Looking for an engaging, hands-on and seriously fun team building experience?

Book your next team experience using LEGO® Serious Play.

This is a one-of-a-kind team building workshop that will help you and your team to reap the rewards of improving morale and performance beyond this 2-hour experience.

Your staff get the chance to be creative as they build models out of LEGO® in a structured and facilitated process, centred around team and personal strengths.

This unique and deep-thinking experience provides opportunities for your team to grow social connections, develop confidence, highlight individual strengths and shared skill sets, while building professional networks.

LEGO® Serious Play is an immersive, hands-on activity that helps your team use creativity to solve problems. It caters for all learning styles and engages everyone's senses- their whole brain and body.

What is LEGO® Serious Play?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY (LSP) is a powerful tool used in team building workshops offered by Inner Creative. It is a unique way to help people use their creativity to solve problems, discover new perspectives, and share ideas.

But isn't LEGO for kids? No it's for adults too! Using LEGO® and the LSP method is based on a proven and tested methodology that is fun and engaging way to get everyone participating, expressing their ideas, and finding collaborative solutions. LSP’s format is especially good for visual thinkers or people who like to get ‘hands on’ when problem solving.

You can be confident that your team finishes this workshop feeling more energised, inspired and fulfilled.

Your ticket includes:
  • A 2 hour in-person workshop for up to 12 people at a venue of your choice in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area (venue hire not included)
  • All LEGO® and materials required for the session
  • Pre-workshop client meeting to develop an understanding of your team's current dynamics and confirm the session content

Common Questions

What if I have a larger team?

If you have a larger team, you're welcome to book a morning and/or afternoon session add-on to get more value out of the day. This way you can mix different work groups for extra networking and connection building.

What happens after the team building session?

Effective team building is not a 'one and done' type deal.

That's why this package includes an online team manager post-workshop debrief, where we'll discuss the workshop outcomes and team feedback. Natalia will also provide you with ways to build on the discussion and some practical activities that you can do back in the office to build on the workshop's momentum.

You also have an option to add-on an extra Insight Boost workshop with your team to further embed your team's learning and insights and get more out of the initial LEGO® workshop.

The Insight Boost Workshop is 4-6 weeks after your initial workshop and creates greater accountability for action-taking after the initial team building workshop. You'll have an opportunity to assess team metrics, reflect on how the team dynamics and performance have changed, and enhance any subsequent improvements.

What if we prefer a different date or want to go longer than 2-hours?

Please contact Natalia to organise another time and date that works for you. Natalia is also able to organise a catered lunch on your behalf, if you wish to extend the workshop into an additional team building lunch period.

What previous workshop participants have said about Natalia's LEGO® Serious Play Workshops:

“Be prepared to be surprised – the sessions are very effective in getting to understand how people in a team think.”

“I loved how easy it was to talk using LEGO®. We all worked so well together.”

“It helped me see what others do, and what I contribute."

“We learned so much about each other and what we all bring to the team.”

Book your memorable team building experience that your team will keep talking about long into the future.
