Start your morning with movement, strength, and community ✨
Alloy Personal Training Riverside is hosting a free strength training workout at The Farm House Collective — and you’re invited! This class is designed for all levels, from beginners who want to feel confident moving again to experienced exercisers looking for an extra challenge.
We’ll move through two-movement blocks featuring squats, lunges, and core work, paired with stretches that improve mobility and keep your body feeling great. Each exercise comes with options so you can make it as supportive or as challenging as you like.
No equipment is needed — just bring a mat, a towel, and some water. We’ll finish with a relaxing cool-down and a chance to connect with others in the community.
