Join us at Kaizen for a full-focus, no-BS productivity session.
How It Works:
✅ Step 1: Fill out your goal sheet
- All participants will write their one main goal for the day e.g."Study 3 chapters," "Write 1,000 words". Make sure it's something you can realistically achieve in 4h but also not too easy.
- Pick a level of difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard) for motivation. This defines the level at which Sara will be checking in on you during the 4h and how many conditions she will put.
✅ Step 2: Time-Boxed Work Sprints (Deep Focus Mode)
- The time is structured into focused 50-minute work blocks with 10-minute breaks.
- Lo-fi music will be playing to maintain focus.
- A "Focus Guardian" (Sara) will be there to ensure no distractions. (i.e. no phones, no talking, no manga... during the 50-min work blocks)
✅ Step 3: Accountability Checkpoints (Mini Wins & Support)
- During the 10-min breaks, people check in about their progress on the board (optional but encouraged).
- Sara will walk around, offering quick advice, problem-solving (if she can help), or motivation.
- People can grab drinks/snacks, chat with each other, have a phone/manga break.
✅ Step 4: The Final Showdown (Wrap-Up & Rewards)
- Participants write what they actually accomplished vs. their original goal.
