Functional fitness is all about training your body for everyday activities, which include strength training, building your core, and cardio.
The class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance to navigate your daily task.
Class is designed for all fitness levels and will allow you to move at your own pace with modifications. Encourage your friends, family members, and co-workers to join you on your fitness journey!!!
