Get More Plant-Based: Vegan Herb & Garden Workshop near Atlanta
Fresh Herb & Veggie Garden Exploration for Vegans & the Vegan-Curious
6:00pm–7:30pm | Small Farmz | Ellenwood, GA (May 6 & June 3 - attend one or both)
Get more plant-based by getting closer to the plants.
Join farmer Maurice Small for a hands-on vegan herb and garden workshop at Small Farmz near Atlanta. Explore seasonal herbs, taste what’s growing, and learn how fresh plants can elevate your plant-based meals and everyday wellness.
This Workshop Is Perfect For
- Vegans and plant-based eaters
- The vegan-curious
- Gardeners interested in culinary and medicinal herbs
- Food lovers who enjoy fresh, seasonal ingredients
This relaxed, hands-on workshop is designed for those living — or exploring — a plant-based lifestyle who want to deepen their connection to the herbs and vegetables that nourish them. Join farmer Maurice Small for a 1.5-hour guided experience on the farm.
Walk the gardens, explore what’s growing, taste fresh seasonal herbs, and learn practical ways to grow, harvest, and use them in your everyday plant-based meals.
Whether you garden at home, grow in containers, or are simply curious, this is an opportunity to become more “based in plants” — rooted in seasonal knowledge, practical skills, and a deeper awareness of where your food begins.
Workshop size is intentionally limited to maintain a relaxed and interactive experience.
Perfect for vegans, plant-based eaters, gardeners, food lovers, wellness seekers, and anyone interested in strengthening their relationship with the land.
