If you’re planning to be on the water this season, this is a class you don’t want to skip.
Join us for a FREE Alabama Boater Safety License Course at Lucy’s BARge at Lucy’s Branch Marina on Saturday April 11 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
This course is taught by Cpl. Chad Dyer with the Alabama Marine Patrol and covers everything you need to legally and safely operate a boat in Alabama. Upon successful completion, participants can receive their vessel endorsement on their driver’s license.
👉 This certification is required to legally operate a boat in Alabama.

- Alabama boating laws & regulations
- Safe boat operation
- Emergency preparedness on the water
- Basic boat maintenance
