Free 'Get Fishing' event for anybody who would like to give fishing a go. Located in the West Sussex countryside, get outside to enhance your well-being and get closer to nature. Fully inclusive event, with car parking on site by the lake to make this disabled friendly. Come and meet our friendly team of volunteers and qualified Angling Trust coaches, who will teach you the basics of fishing on Sumners Ponds Ribbon Lake. You will have around an hours fishing slot to help you get started on your angling journey. Awards given to all participants, along with a small gift bag. Why not take advantage of checking out the facilities at Sumners Ponds, such as the cafe by the lake which is a favourite of mine for their food and drinks.
