Join us to review the lindy hop basics and practice transitioning from 6-count to 8-count moves. All while fine-tuning connection to your partner and the music. This is a LEVEL 2 class. You should be able to do 3 consecutive swingouts comfortably to take this class.THURSDAY SCHEDULE

Social Dance & Practice (all levels) | 7:45 - 8:15 PM
Level 2 Lesson | 8:15 - 9:15 PM
VENUE: Masonic Lodge. This is down the street from the Iowa City Public Library. There is free parking in the Chauncey parking ramp after 6 p.m.
COST: $10 per evening or $5 for students.
This series starts on Sept. 4 and ends on Sept. 25. We recommend attending the entire 4-lesson series because concepts and moves will build on each other throughout each lesson. However, drop-ins are welcome anytime, with the understanding that they may not get the most out of the lesson, having missed prior lessons in the series.
