Unloading & Parking: Setup Begins: 9am, Saturday June 13th, 2026.
Location: Headwaters Park West, back entrance off Calhoun Street.
Unloading: You may unload at the back of the pavilion or if you are parking in Headwaters West, you can park then unload.
Parking: We will have a restricted area at the back of Headwaters Park West for vendor parking (see vendor map attached to this email). It is limited to one vehicle per vendor and is on a first come first serve bases. A volunteer will be there to direct traffic and parking. Due to the number of potential vehicles and the layout of trees, cars will be parked in and movement of vendor vehicles is restricted from 10:50am – 6pm. (*Please Note: if you are the first one parked in you will be the last to leave*) Please plan accordingly! If you decide not to park in Headwaters Park West, there are paid and unpaid lots and street parking along Calhoun behind Headwaters Park West. The back gates will be closed at 10:50am. If you arrive after this time, please enter through the front gates.
