This 8-credit continuing education course provides an in-depth, hands-on introduction to using the Gepina Method Lymphatics (GMLD) to support clients experiencing lymphedema and lipedema. Designed for wellness professionals, this course focuses on gentle, effective lymphatic drainage techniques that encourage fluid movement, reduce stagnation, and promote overall comfort and well-being.
You will gain a deeper understanding of the lymphatic system and how dysfunction can contribute to swelling, heaviness, discomfort, and tissue changes commonly associated with lymphedema and lipedema.
