People tend to think of George and Martha as old people in portraits, but during the war, they were a vibrant couple in middle age, very much in love and dedicated to the American cause. The program features their youth, how they met, their marriage, what life was like for them before, during and after the revolution. A perfect way to celebrate “America 250”!
