Step away from the busyness and mental clutter of everyday life and gently reconnect with nature.
As the living earth awakens to the sunshine and warmth around us, we’ll be embracing the special seasonal essence of spring – new growth, unfurling leaves, birdsong, spring flowers. Together we’ll slow down, engage our senses and welcome joy and ease into the morning.
We’ll begin with mindful breathing to relax and regulate the nervous system, before moving outside into the beautiful riverside gardens. In your chosen sit spot, you’ll be guided to explore and deepen your personal connection with nature.
We’ll close with shared reflection, leaving the session feeling relaxed, replenished and re-connected.
Session followed by Lunch £21.50 per person
