About this Event
GEO’s live shows are most commonly known for its hard-hitting energy as well as heavily incorporating music of all genres, live mash ups, smooth transitions, and entertaining MC’ing. As a producer, GEO also likes to take inspiration from his Hip Hop roots of growing up in Southern California.
His first release was a hard trap remix of Bonecrusher’s “Never Scared”. The song was heavily supported by YouTube channels such as Hard Nation & Hard Trap Official. For his next song “Riot”, GEO took the G-Funk sound of West Coast Hip Hop and incorporated it into modern Hard Trap.
For his next release, GEO aimed at remixing one of his favorite songs from the nostalgic big room era of Electronic Dance Music, Alesso’s take on One Republic’s “If I Lose Myself”. GEO’s remix captured the attention of many blogs and YouTube channels and was featured on “Run The Trap’s” best remixes of the month for February 2018.
As time evolved so did GEO’s perception in music. He began craving harder, faster paced songs and wanted to take it back to what the culture was founded on, raving. Some of GEO’s unreleased music is heavily influenced off of big room synths while keeping it modern and fun. GEO’s latest release “Tetris” is just an example of what’s to come.
2018 alone proved to be a big break in the career for the rising artist. GEO found himself headlining The Belasco Theater in Los Angeles and Avalon Hollywood. GEO was also featured on SAYMYNAME’s “Whats My Name” Tour in San Francisco. By the end of the year, GEO will have played in cities all across the United States such as Los Angeles, Hollywood, San Jose, San Francisco, Portland, Las Vegas, New Mexico, and New York.
2018 also proved to be the year GEO made his festival debut. Playing EDC Las Vegas, Wasteland, Escape Psycho Circus & Wasteland Mexico, the sky is truly the limit.
