Gentle Yoga + Sound BathCome join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Project LeanNation Frisco hosted by Prana and Co.!
We will begin with gentle yoga poses to help guide your body into a deeply relaxed state. The yoga postures help alleviate tension in both the body and mind, granting potential access to higher levels of meditation. Yin Yoga meditation techniques will also be utilized to aid in restoring a connection between your mind, body, self and the earth. The Sound Bath creates vibrations to help prepare the energetic and physical bodies for rejuvenation and relaxation. The final hour encompasses socializing with women who share similar interests, enjoying smoothies courtesy of Project LeanNation Frisco, and indulging in some shopping.
