Everyone is welcome. We begin with a 45- minute Gentle Yoga Flow with breath work to release stress & restore balance to promote overall well-being. After our yoga practice will be a 45- minute Guided Meditation and Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, & various chimes. Let go of the stress and embrace tranquility in a peaceful setting, nurturing your Mind, Body, and Spirit. Please bring your own yoga mat, meditation pillow, blanket or whatever you need to feel as relaxed as you can be. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early; giving yourself time to soften and settle in. Doors will lock at 630pm. Register and payment of 35.00;
