come as you are to this gentle Yoga practice where we’ll settle into supported poses that ask nothing from us but presence. using bolsters, blankets and blocks, we create a space where your body can finally exhale…
where the holding patterns we carry can begin to soften. we’ll breathe together, move slowly, and give your nervous system permission to remember what ease feels like. this isn’t about perfect poses or pushing through - it’s about listening to the wisdom already living in your body. the kind of deep rest that helps you sleep better, think clearer, and wake up feeling more like yourself.
whether you’re carrying stress from the week, walking a recovery path, or just need an hour to breathe without anyone needing anything from you - this space is for you. we’ll end feeling more grounded, more present, and ready to meet whatever tomorrow brings with a little more grace.
