Weekly Class
indy returns to Thursday nights with a yoga class designed to promote deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. This gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra class combines soothing postures, breath work, and guided meditation to help you unwind, de-stress, and cultivate inner peace.
Rental mats available if you do not have your own.
Cindy Berk was introduced to yoga in high school. Since then, her passion for yoga has lead her to explore, study and practice many different styles.
As a practitioner and teacher, she enjoys working with beginning students of all ages. Recently, Cindy started teaching Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep. This guided meditation is deeply relaxing and has been used to treat PTSD.
She believes that her yoga mat is a microcosm of her life. She looks forward to working with students helping them realize their inner strength and vitality through simple asana practice.
