Join Dorothy-Inez and Barb Yanish for a nurturing evening designed to bring balance to your mind, body, and spiritthrough the healing practices of gentle yoga, sound, and sisterhood.

We’ll begin with Gentle Yoga, led by Barb, to help you soften tension, open your body, and settle into deep presence. Then, allow the soothing vibrations of Dorothy-Inez’s sound bath—featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and drums—to guide you into a meditative state where your nervous system can truly rest and your energy can realign.

We’ll close the evening with a warm tea circle, sharing reflections, laughter, and community as we honor this sacred time of stillness together.
