This series incorporates gentle strength-building exercises to enhance balance, coordination, and physical resilience—while maintaining the calming benefits of breathwork and relaxation. You can participate with and without a chair, includes light strength work using small handheld weights.
The series includes sessions once per week for 4 weeks on Thursdays, July 24th, July 31st August 7th, and August 14th from 12:00-12:45
We'll provide: weights and chairs.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats!
Cost: $10 per class accept cash or e-transfer.
