Gentle yoga is an hour-long yoga class to explore basic yoga postures, breathwork and relaxation. This intentional practice develops wellness for the whole being. Yoga postures to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Breath practice to move energy and deepen awareness. Relaxation to foster rest and open space for a renewal of spirit.
