Join Misty at the Newnan Carnegie Library on Wednesdays at 1:30 pm for our continuing Gentle Yoga classes!NO registration is required. Just come on in and don't forget to bring clothes that you can move in, your own water bottle, and any yoga supplies you might have already (mats, wraps, etc.). We do have some yoga mats and blocks while supplies last.
