Gentle Yoga 65+ �This class was created for those who want to keep moving with confidence, stability, and ease. We move at a slow, supportive pace with a focus on balance, mobility, posture, breath, and strengthening the areas that support everyday life — feet, hips, core, and shoulders.
This isn’t about pushing or achieving shapes. It’s about maintaining independence, reducing stiffness, and feeling steady and supported in your body.
We finish each class with 15 minutes of tea and connection because community matters just as much as movement. �
