A Gentle Practice
This yoga flow is wonderful for beginners and for anyone coming back to practice after some time away. If you already practice regularly, I love offering you a slower flow where you can explore your body in a new and more mindful way.
Space to Relax
I guide you to arrive fully in your body. Many participants tell me they leave the class feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced — both physically and energetically.
How Deep Do You Want to Go Today?
This slow Vinyasa sequence is something I designed to be deeply relaxing and adaptable. I pay close attention to your alignment, your energy level, and what your body needs that day. During the class, I adjust the sequence and offer personal variations so you can feel safe, supported, and comfortable.
You choose whether you’d like to explore a little more depth in a pose or keep everything soft and gentle — there is no right or wrong, only what feels right for you.
Beginners very welcome!
How intense or how soft you want to go into the yoga poses is your choice.
Nicole will provide options for all poses to be comfortable and honor the body (and being kind to the mind).
This class includes:
• Light stretches for shoulders and neck
• Gentle movements for the lower back
• Soft stretching for the legs and hips
• Easy, slow Sun Salutations with clear guidance
• A calming full body relaxation in Savasana
