oin us for a Gentle Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra class—a calming and supportive space designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind. This practice combines gentle, mindful yoga movements with Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing meditation, offering tools for grounding, self-regulation, and inner peace.
Whether you're new to yoga or have experience, this class is accessible to all levels. Modifications are provided to ensure you feel comfortable and empowered during the session. The goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment where you can move at your own pace and find healing through relaxation and connection.
