Gentle Relaxing Yoga w/ Vicki Loughlin

In this class, we’ll focus on simple elements like movement, breath, concentration, and relaxation. My goal is to offer a mindful, intentional practice that welcomes both beginners and more experienced students, with modifications for individual needs. We’ll explore asanas, gentle stretching, breath work, and meditation to calm the mind.

With over 20 years of experience as a Special Education teacher at the Center for Spectrum Services, I recently completed the 200-hour teacher training at The Yoga House. Their belief that yoga is for "every body" aligns with my own, and I’m thrilled to volunteer here at People’s Place.
