🍂 Slip into the cozy magic of autumn with a heart-warming collaboration of gentle NIA and slow yoga movement led by Cindy and Natasha 🍃
🍃 We’ll open the evening with gentle breathwork, guided meditation and intention setting for the fall season... grounding into warmth, mindful energy, and presence 🍂
🍂 From there, you’ll be guided into a shorter, gentle Nia dance journey... soulful music, mindful movement, and playful choreography designed to connect body and mind 🍃
🍂 Finally, we’ll close with a deeply restorative savasana as Cindy offers hot stones to melt away tension and leave you feeling calm, supported, and nourished 🍃
