This class blends Hatha, somatic, and therapeutic movements to open up your neck, shoulders, spine, and hips, allowing your nervous system to reset and restore balance.
Ideal for all levels, this class is perfect for beginners, those recovering from past injuries, and anyone looking to complement an active lifestyle. A safe and mindful practice of slow, gentle movements aimed at relieving pain and increasing flexibility. With focused attention, participants will strengthen the body-mind connection, releasing muscle tension and enhancing overall well-being.
What to bring:
Please bring your yoga mat, bolster or pillow, block, strap, blanket, eye pillow, or any other props that support your practice.
