Gentle Movement & Breathwork for Back + Neck Pain is a free, one-hour workshop designed for people living with chronic back or neck pain. In this session, you’ll learn simple breathwork and gentle movement strategies to help calm flare-ups, reduce acute tension, and regulate the stress that often makes pain worse.
We’ll explore:
- How the nervous system influences pain
- Breath techniques to reduce tension quickly
- Safe, accessible movements to ease stiffness
- Tools you can use at home during flare-ups
You’ll leave with practical relief strategies and a clear understanding of how to work with your body instead of fighting it. This approach draws from manual therapy, somatic movement, yoga, breathwork, Asian bodywork traditions, and holistic pain-care practices. It reflects the same nervous-system-informed foundation used in my hands-on work with clients. The session includes a 45-minute guided practice followed by time for Q&A. No experience required. All movements are gentle and adaptable.
