Gentle Mountain Yoga in Squamish - Outdoor Summer Series - with Annie

Experience the ultimate in mountain wellness, join us for a rejuvenating Therapeutic yoga class on the Octagon Deck, perched high in the mountains. While you move, enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the Howe Sound, surrounding lush forests, and iconic Squamish peaks.

Whether you are preparing to hike the backcountry, swim in local lakes, or enjoy a yoga-apres at the Summit Lodge, this class is designed to leave you feeling grounded and blissful.

• Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Location: The Octagon Deck at the Summit Lodge (Top of the Sea to Sky Gondola).
• Level: All levels welcome!

Please note that the The gondola ride is NOT included in the class price. Yoga participants can receive a 20% discount on a day pass for attending, please let Guest Services know when purchasing in-person. See www.seatoskygondola.com/hours-and-prices/

Pro Tip: The gondola upload takes approximately 12 minutes. Please allow extra time to purchase your pass and head up the mountain and be redy on your mat before the 9:30 AM start.

• Sun Protection: A hat and sunscreen are highly recommended for sunny days.
• Mountain Weather: Remember a hat and sunscreen for sunny days! And a toque and sweater on hand for cooler days.
• Yoga Mats: We have mats available, but we encourage you to bring your own.

• Weather/Closures: In the event the Gondola cannot operate due to weather, class will be held at an alternative location (details will be sent via email).
