Gentle Morning Yoga Flow with Nahema Washington of Golden Serenity Yoga!

Join us for a calm, restorative morning at Fabletics Perimeter Mall on Saturday, December 13th, from 9:00am–10:00am, guided by Nahema Washington of Golden Serenity Yoga.

This gentle flow is designed to help you reconnect with yourself as we enter the pace of the holidays. Expect soft movement, intentional breathwork, and a moment of stillness that centers your mind and restores your energy.

No matter your level, you’re welcome here. Bring your mat, bring your water, and bring a willingness to slow down and check in with yourself.

We recommend parking near Sephora and Von Maur. Enter through the double doors and take the escalator up. Fabletics is located next to Madewell and across from Talbots.
