I’m so gently excited to be offering a beautiful afternoon of soft guided meditation gently connecting your breath and begin to relax To the Sound Bath & Reiki Healing at Warton Village Hall ✨
If you’re feeling the call to slow down, to rest, or simply to have a little time just for you, I would love to welcome you.
On this peaceful Sunday afternoon, I will guide you through a soft, grounding meditation to help you settle into the space and into yourself. From there, you’ll be taken on a soothing journey of sound crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gentle gong, koshis, and the calming whispers of nature all woven together to create a cocoon of relaxation.
As you lie back and get comfortable, you’ll be lovingly supported and held in a safe, nurturing space. The sounds will gently wash over you, helping you to drift into deep rest, while you receive beautiful, heart-led Reiki healing.
