Step onto your mat and give yourself permission to just be. This 60-minute gentle flow blends trauma-sensitive somatic awareness with warmth, playfulness, and approachable guidance.You’ll move through micro-movements, gentle stretches, and optional strength or resistance to awaken your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Each pose includes somatic check-ins, inviting you to notice how your heart feels, how your breath flows, and how free you feel to move, or to simply rest.
The class concludes with a guided meditation and Savasana, helping you integrate movement, release tension, and settle fully into presence.
Expect to rock, wiggle, and explore in ways that feel good for you! No pressure, no “right” way, just your body, your pace, and an invitation to embody ease, strength, and presence.
