About this Event

Join us for weekly chair yoga at the Montauk Library. Held on Mondays (11:30 am), Wednesdays (9:30 am), and Fridays (1 pm). The class is 45 minutes.

Limited to 24 participants during summer months. Registration Required. **Participants must be 16 years and older.
