We begin with gentle body movement—slow stretches and guided breathing practices. From there, we transition into stillness and enter a sound bath experience. Immersive tones and vibrations support deep relaxation, calming the nervous system and allowing your thoughts to drift and settle. The body is given permission to fully unwind.
