Join Us for Gentle & Restorative Yoga at Holistic Halo Salt Spa!
Looking to unwind and recharge? Come experience a soothing in-person yoga session designed to melt away stress and rejuvenate your body. This gentle & restorative yoga class is perfect for all levels. The focus will be on slow, calming movements and deep relaxation.
We'll begin with gentle yoga, to stretch and mindfully strengthen the body before moving towards stillness with restorative yoga postures. Restorative yoga is a style of yoga where the body is fully supported and encouraged to relax. It's about creating the opportunity to release and then trusting the support you're given to be able to soften right into it.
Held at the peaceful Holistic Halo Salt Spa, this is your chance to give back to yourself and leave feeling refreshed. Bring your mat (and any other props, cushions, blankets that you'd like, *note that all props needed will be provided, just bring your own if you prefer your own), dress comfortable & cozy, and let’s find some peace together.
