Hands-on tutorial to help build skills required in Precision Child Health, data science and bioinformatics for SickKids staff and trainees.

Topics include:

  • Introduction to the seqr platform
  • Overview of seqr features: Project management in seqr, different levels of access in seqr, different ways of conducting genomic variant analysis, using IGV within seqr, creating gene lists, and retrieving gene information
  • How to set up your own genomic project on CCM's seqr instance
