About this Event
Join us for a hands-on introduction to the AI tools transforming modern research. Together we’ll build the following automations: combine Semantic Scholar and Notion APIs to auto-build a literature database, chat with groups of papers in NotebookLM (and even generate a podcast), and visualize citation networks through Zotero + ResearchRabbit. We’ll discuss the rapid evolution of large language models, hallucinations, ethical concerns, and practice prompting strategies. You’ll explore on-campus resources like Stanford AI Playground and 20+ additional AI tools. You’ll understand how to think creatively with AI augmentation: your newest research superpower.
This Engineering Grad Studio is presented as part of the at the Center for Teaching and Learning and the Equity and Inclusion Initiatives at the School of Engineering. For more information about the program and upcoming events, visit .
