General Admission | Community Health and Wellness Fair

Eastside Rise is hosting a Community Health and Wellness Fair on Thursday, July 9, 2026, to help families prepare for the new school year.

This free event will focus on back-to-school health needs, including sports physicals and immunizations for students. Families can also connect with local health partners and learn about resources that support student wellness and family health.

This event is presented in partnership with Trujillo Multicultural Health Care, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, and Community Health Connection.
