Two time South Carolina State Barbeque Champion, Gene Culbertson of Backwoods Bar-B-Que will teach you how to select, trim, prep, smoke and present your pork butts and ribs to your friends, family or judges.
Registration is now open and is limited to the first 15 people. The cost is $300.00 per person and includes lunch.
