As the manager of the Affirmation Station at Transgender Victoria, they combine expert artistry with compassion creating safe, affirming spaces where trans and gender-diverse people can explore and celebrate their identities. Beyond the mirror, Ez’s commitment to inclusion shines through their contribution to Being Valued, WorkSafe’s LGBTQIA+ workplace gender-based violence prevention toolkit, helping shape safer, more inclusive environments. Through every brushstroke and conversation, Ez champions visibility, empowerment, and the beauty of being your truest self.
