Sweat Tent Hypnosis – What to Expect
The Sweat Tent is a deeply restorative and transformative experience, inspired by traditional American Indian practices. Historically, sweat lodges were used as sacred spaces for purification, reflection, and renewal. They provided a place to let go of what no longer serves you and to reconnect with your inner strength.
Our Sweat Tent Hypnosis is a modern adaptation of this ancient ritual, guiding you to release less-than-positive thoughts, habits, and energies, and create space for clarity, calm, and purpose.

The Experience
You’ll be guided through a calm, immersive hypnosis process that mirrors the cleansing intention of a traditional sweat lodge. Many participants feel a sense of lightness, clarity, and renewed focus after the session.
💡 Note: You must have completed Intro to Group Hypnosis to attend this session.
You can also attend both hypnosis sessions (Intro to Hypnosis and Sweat Tent Hypnosis) on the same night if you’d like an extended experience.
