Intro to Hypnosis is a gentle, guided relaxation designed to help you experience hypnosis in a safe and supportive way.
This session is perfect if you:
- Have never experienced hypnosis and want to try it in a comfortable setting.
- Have done hypnosis before and want to go deeper or consolidate your experience.
- Would like to share the journey with a friend in a relaxed environment.

What You’ll Experience
- A calm, guided introduction to hypnosis with a focus on relaxation.

- An understanding of how hypnosis works and what it feels like for you.
The Experience
You’ll be guided every step of the way, there’s no need to “try” to do anything. Just bring yourself, allow the process, and enjoy the calm. Many people leave feeling lighter, more centred, and pleasantly surprised at how natural hypnosis feels.
Why It Matters
This session is also a prerequisite for Courage & Confidence Hypnosis – a deeper session designed to rewire self-belief and Sweet Tent Hypnosis – a powerful experience for letting go of less-than-positives and creating space for what truly serves you.
💡 Note: You can attend both hypnosis sessions (Intro to Hypnosis and Courage & Confidence Hypnosis/Sweat Tent) on the same night for a full, immersive experience.
