Gedling Indoor Bowling Club is holding an open day and everyone is welcome, so bring friends and family along to experience what indoor bowls is all about. This is a sport that is open to all ages, is great fun, good exercise, easy to pick up and is inexpensive to play. Bowling is not just fun – it is great for your mind and body too!Members will be on hand to tell you all about the Club, and about the physical and mental health benefits of bowls and what an inclusive bunch of people they are.
There will be free taster sessions with club members, where they can show you the ropes and give hints and tips about playing the sport. Bowls will be provided and you don’t need special shoes, you can just bowl in your socks.
Complimentary tea/coffee, cake and biscuits will be available on the day too.
