Join us for Gears & Government: Winder’s Touch-a-Truck and Meet & Greet—a special community event celebrating Georgia Cities Week! Come out to Jackson Plaza on Monday, April 20 from 5-7 p.m. for a hands-on look at the services that keep Winder running.Kids will love our Touch-a-Truck experience featuring vehicles from Winder Police, Fire, and Public Works, while residents can meet with representatives from City departments like Utilities & Engineering, The Chimney’s Golf Course, and Code Enforcement. Council members will also be onsite to connect with the community.
It’s a great chance to learn, explore, and imagine all that’s possible in the City of Winder!
